Our Service

We offer professional Counselling and Psychotherapy.
We will endeavour to respond to your enquiries within 48 hours Monday to Friday.
We are not available 24 hours a day 7 days a week and if you are experiencing a crisis you must seek emergency help.
We may not be an appropriate service for you.
Please discuss any concerns with the Therapist of your Choice directly.

Online Consultations

In order to utilise our online consultation service you:

1. Must be at least 18 years old.

2. Are not currently in an acute crisis (suicidal, at risk of harming others).

3. Are legally entitled to use this service based in Australia.

4. Are not accessing our service for research, publication or professional purposes.

By arranging online services with one of our therapists, you agree to our terms and conditions.

Online Programs

These online programs are the intellectual property of BMCC. They are to be used for personal purposes only. The program prohibits the copying, selling or making public the contents for commercial purposes.

When individuals purchase our online program, they will set up a confidential online account to access our program. All personal information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

Our online course is constructed on the principal of self-discovery. Results will depend on the input by the purchaser.
